His ove ra ll wins came in the 125cc B class an d in the very com· pe titive 12- to 15-year-cild 125cc Youth d ivisions. Du tch Sport Park had a great weekend, with the event being called the "Oassic Trailer Fest," w ith Cla ssic Trailer s roasting three hogs after the racin g co ncluded Satu rd ay. Dervin ripped the ope ning holes hot in the 80cc 12-15 d iv isi on, w ith N o rth End C ycl e Honda-mounted Aaro n Williams seco nd . Again, Dervin pulled .his disappearing act over the field . Willia ms held on to second until he tested the Dutc h Sport Park day, giving the run ner-up slot to Slude r. "I felt good this weekend, and beating Joey Sly was great," Beeke sa id. "He has beat up on me all year . I like Dut ch Spo rt Park. By th e end of lap one, N orton wa s a ll ove r Mur· ph y, jus t look ing for a p lace to pass, as Taggart was being p ressured by Shawn Trabert. Mu r~ ph y went down in the sa nd while lead ing, a nd by the tim e he got up and running, he found himself back in 14th place. Tr ab e rt was a comfortable se co n d over Dana , who loo ke d li ke he wa s going to be chal lenged by Barker on the final lap until Barker bobbled in a com er and let h ~ getaway. Norton put his C Rl25 at the front of the pack off the second-mot e start. Barker and Tagga rt swapped the runne r·up pos ition during the first couple of laps until Barke r settled into the po sit ion . Norton pu t a couple of seconds on Barker before a lack of traction in a comer saw him end up on the gro und . He was qu ickly up and running, but not before Barker and Murphy had slip ped past. O nce out fro nt, Barker easily pu lled a way for the second-mot e win. The battle for seco nd went right up to th e chec ke rs , with Murphy holding off Norton by a bike length .
