Windham, as Albertyn, Ward, Emig,
Henry, LaRocco and, finally, Craig were
all able to move around him within a
few laps, dropping hun to 10~,
Albertyn got Lusk for second on the
10th lap, and Ward followed suit to take
third on the next lap with the aid of a
lapped rider, Emig and Henry began a
battle for fifth that carried them up to
the rear of Lusk in a matter of laps, On
the 15th lap, Henry passed Emig, and a
lap later he passed Lusk for third in a
sweeper turn,
"The track was really good, with a lot
of lines to work with," Henry said about
passing opportunities on the high-speed
and choppy circuit designed and prepared by Dirt Diggers North, "If you
were aggressive and wanted a position,
you could pass."
In the end, McGrath took the win
with seven seconds to spare over Albertyn, Ward nabbed third another seven
seconds back, followed by Henry, Lusk,
Ernig, LaRocco and Pichon, who rounded the first lap in 10th and could only
move up to eighth, Craig rode steadily
to grab ninth after passing Windham a
few laps from the end,
