the 1998 Loretta LYlm's combined
AMA Grand National Cross Country
and National Hare Scrambles event in
Hurricane Mills. Team Kawasaki/
Andrews Racing's Fred Andrews

"They didn't give (the win) to me
and I wasn't going to give it to them,"
Andrews said afterward. "We went at it

Indeed, Andrews is for real, having
won two of three GNCCs thus far and
topping the series pain ts total heading
into round four. The 1993 GNCC champion's current tally is 58 points 'to
Smith's 56 and Summers' 55.
Fourth place went to Team Suzuki's
Steve Hatch, who overcame a torn fuel
