It is designed to deliver more and better power throughout the entire range of rpm through its exclusive stamped, tapered head pipe and the use of a motocrosstype silencer rather than a traditional megaphone. This handmade prototype (shown), does not feature the durable nickel plating that will come standard on the production pipes. The YZ400F pipe also features Big Gun's unique threepiece design, held entirely by high-tension springs to allow for vibration without the clamps vibrating loose or the mounts cracking.
