Cory Sibley had his Lem in overd rive, first musclin g by Tut tle and then passin g Iovino for seco nd , Sibley closed on Goodwin and the tw o leaders no tched it up an d took off. For fou r laps, it wa s great ba r-to-ba r action until Sibley wi ped out on the d rop-off. Goodwin took the easy win , Sibley recover ed for second , and newcomer Tuttle finished a stro ng third . Mot or cycle Ce n tral's Goo dwi n once ag ain led the pack in to th e first turn in the second moto. Iovino and Kegan Tuttle were figh ting for the seco nd spot. Sibley was buried at the sta rt but was flas hing past riders right an d left. He ha d wo rke d hi s way up to seco nd in the firs t ha lf-lap, Now h e had to ca tch the s trea king Goodwin, Slowly, Sibley reeled him in. On the fourth lap , Sibley passed Goodwin for the lead in the Ca nyon. Good win retalia ted immed iately. though , and took the lead back in the big swc 'Cper tum. Sibley showed his w heel to Good win a few times durin g the last lap, but Goodwin took th e win by a bike length over Sibley in a racer's race.
