The w in made the evening even more sweet for Vuill emin, . w ho had received ne ws earl y in the day that the ope ning ro und of the 125cc GP series in Indonesia had be en canceled, which ma kes it po ssible for him to ride the Minneapolis Supercross - an even t he w as expecting to miss. Now, with three ro u n ds le ft in the se ries, it appears Vuillemin wi ll attem p t to win the series F championship, and he certainly seem s to be headed in that direction. Making it a French 1-2 sweep at Seattle wa s Honda of Troy's Stephane Ron cada, who ro u nded the first lap in fifth place and qu ickly w orked up to fourth, where his upward m o m entum was brie fly stalled by Matiasevich, who wa s despera tely tr ying to ho ld on to thir d p la ce. Ron cad a made an aggressive and somewhat controversial pass on Matiasevich, who w as left spraw led ou t on the Seattle dirt, un able to continue - the result of an injured knee. Roncada escaped the incident uns cathed but, by that time, he had n o ch a n ce of ca tchi n g t h e runa w ay. Vuillemin.
