Emig took on ly one moto win of the to tal six mai n events (two each night) of the three nig hts in Paris, but his consistent placings netted him the King of Bercy crown with a tally of 89 points. He was followed by teammate Damon Huffman with 79 points and Yamaha-mounted Jimmy Button with 74 points. More importantly, Emig extended his series lead to 22 points over runner-up Huffman , 124-102. Cu rrently third in the series is Frenchman Frederi c Bolley, with 78 points Emig's plan of consistent results is, thus far, going perfectly. "I just want to score as well as I can, as often as I can . So far it's been great, " Emig sa id.
