It took Scott Howe most of the race to
work up from a bad firs t-moto start in
the 80ec 0 2-13) class, but he led when it
counted most - o n the final lap. Howe

and spa nked the field with a convincing

4-2 of Chris Norr for second place,

The first Vet Ex-P ro mo ta we nt to
Hooda -m ouoted Tim Telford , but not
w itho u t a fight from Jo n Za hrt, who
overcame the slight lead Telford held at
the midway point to dog him on the last
lap. Zahrt tried eve ry trick in the book,
but th~ supersmooth Telford held a li for
the win.
