McGrath continued to show improvement on the new ride, finishing a close second after starting out fifth in the main event. "I feel like 1 rode well and kept a pretty consistent race once everything got going," McGrath said. "I made a few mistakes, but my fitness level is up and it's coming together. 1 felt like 1 was coming on and might even catch Doug until 1 made a mistake in the whoops and lost it for a second there. Slowly but surely, it's coming around.:' ~ Finishing a popular third was local hero Larry Ward of the 0\ Honda of Troy team.
