$100,000.00 POINT FIJIID make a mistake. No pain, no gain, right?" . "It was a tough race all the way around for the four of us and everybody was just charging the whole time," Andrews said. "Something had to happen and Summers was the first guy to make a mistake, then Hatch messed up, then 1 fell. There was a lot of dust and a lot of traffic and it was a long day. Plessinger definitely made the least mistakes out there and he deserved the win." With Summers out, literally, Plessinger was left to battle with Hatch and Andrews for the victory. With one lap to go, the KTM factory rider was 25 seconds ahead of the two remaining contenders, but then Plessinger made a mistake of his own. "On the last lap 1 fell in one of the rutted mudholes about a mile off and 1 thought for sure 1 was going to look back and see Steve coming by, but he wasn't there," Plessinger recounted. "1 got going again, but a mile after that this lapper just wouldn't let me by. He held me up for at least a mile. 1 was yelling and screaming - 1 don't know what the guy's problem was." Plessinger made the pass in time to secure the win with 13 seconds to spare on Hatch, while a frustrated Andrews came through the barrels another 30 seconds back. Conner was a quiet fourth while Summers finished an eventful fifth. $260,000.00 PUR5E MOIlEr • THEWORLD5 lAIl6Esr ARENACR055 SERIE5I YOlHH / AMATEUR BEAlHlFUL TROPHIES CIA: I.
