Consistency paid off for Mark Neal as he
took the Old Timers Expert-class win with a pair
of runner-up finishes. Bob Millner won the first
round, but a fourth in moto two gave the win to
Neal by a point. Scott Freeman went 3-3 for
third, while fourth in the standing, was Honda
rider Frank Mathews with his 7-1 tally.
