"Once 1 went wide and he carne past, but 1 got back on the inside. 1 thought he was going to get me on the last lap, but he did not. 1 had kept seeing people going down so 1 decided to try and stay smooth and get some points. It was nice to end the weekend on a higher note." Hale finished just behind the Suzuki rider. "Despite the fact that the track is very similar to some American tracks, 1 didn't really feel comfortable," he said. "I changed the ride height, but that didn't really come off. It is pretty frustrating to battle for sixth or seventh on certain tracks and to be very far back on other tracks."
