Nathan Ramsey w on only one of the four Pro races, but ended up the big money winner, putting togc'lher the first , tw o seconds, a fourth and Friday night's jumping contest for a total of S850. Davey Yezek holeshot Friday's 12Sec A main event and led to the finish. Jim Chester clawed his way up from a m id pack sta rt , combining aggressive co rner-stuffs wit h hear t-s topp ing jump-passes to claim second. Ramsey and C hester rock dc'CI off the gate at the hea d of the 250cc A pa ck a nd diced for the lead . Ramsey slid o ut on the las t lap giving it to Chester a nd rem ountin g jus t in tim e to finish second . Saturday nig ht's 12Sec A battle was all Ram sey, from slart to finish. Chester threatened ear ly in the ra ce, b ut a bump- u p w it h H ump hrey delayed both of th em an d gave Ramsey so me welcome breathing room . R.:1mscy took the win on cruise control. Jim Na.-se mirrored Ramsey's ea rlier ~rfor· mance as he took command on the 250cc A start and neve r looked back. Keith Bowen , Chester and Ad am Humphrey put on a terrific show for the crowd , with their aggressi ve racing and specta cula r ju m ps during their fight for third, whiCh wa s fina lly claimed by Bowen .
