leader and wo uld fall back to fifth by
the end of the race. Both Schultz and
Finley were able to blow past Chaussee
on the third lap and take over up front.
Finley was the next to make a move and
on the last lap squeezed by to take the
lead. Chaussee stayed in the race and
was able to recapture one position at the
flag. Finley took hom e the overall with
his 3-1 moto finishes. Schultz man aged
to grab second with his overall points.
First-moto winner Ho pfe had troubles
in the second race and had to fight his
way to the front after a terrible start. He
finished sixth and it was good enough
to take fourth for the day.
In the 80ccBeginner class, Steven Price
took the win over Richie Owens and Buck
Gulley. In the first moto it was Owens
with the win with Price finishing in the
all-important second spot. Price was able
to take the second-moto win over Gulley
and take the overall for the day . Owens
finished the day in second.
