The
difference
between Scott
Parker and me.
He trams a lot more. You :. just can't wear rum down,
_. because he's tough and he gets a
lot of riding in. From the first lap,
. he's fast, and on the last lap he's
going just as fast. I slow down. I just
don't hang as tough as he does. If I
trained somewhat more, then I probably could, but I just go at my own
pace. Racing is a lot of mind over matter, and I can deal with a lot of it that
way. I get a Jot of'riding in too, but
I'm more relaxed on the motorcycle.
I get more worn out in the heat
races than I do in a 25-lap main
event. I feel tense (in the heat
_. race) because I have to go out
and do good right away. 1
don't want to have to
go through tha t
semi.
