All 1996 and 1995 applicable models will be eligible if the rider is the original warrantyregistered owner and is a current member of the Houda Rider's Club of America at the time of contingency claim processing. Contingency will he paid to the Original Warranty Registered owner only per the Warranty Registration submitted to Honda by the dealer at the time of purchase. Only U.S.A.-certified models sold by Honda retail dealers within the United Slates are eligible for conlingency. All riders must complete a 1996 Honda contingency claim form for each event. including the IRS Form W-g portion. All winning riders will receive IRS Form I 099 prior to February 1. 1997. "fonda will pay contingency upon confirmation from pl'omoter that the rider competed on a properly Qualified motm·cycle. Original factory-applied logos. in original location. as well as original color plastics must remain on machine to earn contingency. CRs and Roadracing: A minimum of seven (7) riders must race in a class for that event to Qualify for contingency. XRs: A minimum of foul' (4) riders must race in a class for that event to Qualify for contingency. Contingency will be paid only once at dual-sanctioned events. Contingency paid in one (1) class only-not multiple divisions of the same class. All payouts will be paid per overall class finish. per bike. Factm'v-supported team and/or riders are ineligible for HRCA racing contingencies. All winning pro riders in the AMA Outdoor ·ationals. Supercross series. AMA Pro Rmd Racing and WERA Pro will receive a check directly fmm American Honda 10tor Co.. Inc. after sending a completed claim form. including the IRS Form W-g portion to AHM for each event. All othel'winning ridel's will receive ""fonda Ridel"s Club of America Contingency Cill Certificates" valid until the expiration datc. good toward the purchase of Honda motorcycles. genuine "fonda parts. Hondaline® accessories or Pro-Honda'" oil and chemicals at any participating authorized Honda Dealer in the United Slates. All contingency carned in 1996 must be claimed by January 31.1997.
