OBSERVED TRIALS 12th Annual Trial des Nations Markt Piesting, Austria can fans on hand to root the young Americans on. Several of the U.s. ISDE team members and supporters made the nine-hour drive to Austria for the event. "I wasn't really nervous until I got to a section where there were a bunch of Americans wearing Team USA jackets," said Moore, a two-time American TdN team member. "I wanted to ride really good in those sections." This year's running marked the second time that the event visited Austria, as the 1986 event was held in Limberg. Thus far, Austria is the only country to have hosted two TdN events. The MSKSpezi-Team Wiener Neustadt/OAMTCMotorsport-promoted trial routed riders through the mountains of Markt Piesting, a small town approximately 40 miles south of Vienna.
