snap to start, and their qUick-release trapdoor air-box design is right off our factory Baja racebikes. Both chassis feature detachable rear subframes and a CR-style combined swing-arm pivot/rear engine mount that increases rigidity. Their new hybrid cartridge-type forks use cast-alloy bottom sections bonded to the sliders for reduced underhang, and doublepinch axle clamps on the 400 provide superb rigidity for even better handling. Mountains or flatlands, deserts or woods, when you're on a new XR250R or an XR400R the question is never who's going to be up front.
