Smith topped both the 60cc Mod ified (6- 11) and 60cc Stock (9-11) events, but lost the battle with Robby Shinn in th e 80cc Stock (0-11) and finished seco n d . Sh inn, on the other hand , claimed the win in the 80cc Modified (o-l1 l class as well. The Novice classes were very compe titive as Oay Reed grabbed both 250cc Novi ce and Mod ified wins, while Matt Minyard was the top gu y in the 12SccStock and Modified races. Jesse Simmons chased Clay Reed to the flag in both second molos 01 the 250cc Stock and ·Modified Novice classes. Shane Squires and Cod y Dickey traded Pee Wee class wins, with Squires taking c bot h mo to wins in the SOc Stock class, wh ile Dickey raced to the 50cc Modified class win. Results 50 STK: 1. Bogard finis hed up with perfect aces in four of his five entered classes that included the 12Scc Stock and Modified Intermediate, 12Scc School boy and 250cc Stock and Modified Intermediate classes. . Spann holes hot all four motos of the 250cc Stock and Modified Intermediate events, lorci ng Bogard to pass lor the lead in his debut ride on his Suzuki RM25O. Th e second 250cc Modified Intermediate moto sa w Bogard take a soil sample in the first tum and come back to challenge Spann lor the lead on lap lour. When Bogard blasted through the wh oo ps he barely edged in front 01 Spann wht.~ his back end washed out not 10 feet after the pass, Bogar d flipped through the air in one direction, while his bike went th e o ther.
