The muddy con d itions th at p rev a ile d at Joe
Williams' first race, as the new owner of Hi dden
Acres MX, weren' t pretty, bu t the y were ins tructive, and they didn' t seem to bother the riders
on hand to compete.
"My firs t race wa s a mu d-wrestling contes t,"
Williams said . "We may give tro phi es to all th e
rid ers just for coming ou t."

A week of stea dy rain tu rned th e Hidden

Joey Sing le ton ow ne d both 25+ and 30+ B
classes while his running buddy Larry Sparks tested the waters of the Vet A classes. The 1995 Vet A
ranks have swelled suddenly, with the addition of
several very fast racers. Some have come up from
the B classes, and some are now eligible to enter
from th e 125 and 250cc A divsions. Watch for
Kevin Wa lker, Jim Che ster, Larry Spa rks , Shane .
Temp leton and of course, Mike Andrews to be factors in Vet A during the '95 season.
Hidden Acres will see plenty of action in 1995, .
as most of the Tri-State Series events will be held
at the facility. In ad dition, two AMA MegaSeries
"
races are scheduled for April and June.
