, endurance and tortured your rnachin. / ery - blistering hot almost constantly
with a few teasin g clouds to mak e the
mix more interesting. No one was quite
sure how the race day would play ou t,
but there would be drizzle during the
250cc Grand Prix, then scorching heat
that continued into the premier race of
the day, the 500cc GP. Success would go
to whomever guessed right - on tires, on
suspension, on gearing - for this would be
'a day that would test them all, as well as
