scored the win In the Formula Pacific class at Sears Point International Raceway.

Johnson but they had a late-r ace stop to finish
third, while the team of Paul Iwanag a and Rod

"I never let up," Bruce sai d afterward . "It
was pretty furio us; I thou gh t Cou pe was always
righ t with me."
"I thought I was d oing p retty good. bu t then
I blistered up and had to stop: Cou pe said. " I'll
