Salazar Auto's Pat Eggman did what he had 10 do in the second mota to secure the overall win in the 2S0cc In termedia te class at Mo untain View Off-Road Raceway . Eggman grabbed both holeshots on the way to his overall win over Carey Kent, whose riding was nearly flawless in the first mota, out-smarting and out-b raking Eggman for the w in. Eggman wasn't abo ut 10 let the second ma lo go to Kent, hold ing off Kent' s late-mote challenge for the win. Third overall went to Tun Widener, with a 3-1 score. Eggman took another first place trophy in the Sen ior Inte rmed iate cla ss o ver Michael Halpin. Justin McMurrich took both mot a wins in the Pro class, but the MSR/Ceet /FMF-backed McMurrich didn't have an easy time of it with Brett Bienek hot on his tail. Bienek holeshot the second mota and led un lil there we re two laps remaining, when McMurrich jum ped the finish lin e plateau to seiz e control of the inside lin e and take the win. Scott Obenchain was third. Adrian Leffler took command of the 12See Novice class and won both motos. The battle for second was between Tucson A.T.V:s Casey Peck and Prosport's Mike Weining . Weining grabbed second in the first mota, while Peck was fourth . The two traded positions in the secon d mo to, and Peck ended up with second overa ll, Weining third. . In the Senior Novice group, Eastside Cycle's Stacey Mille r star ted things off in his usual holeshot mode. The start proved to be the decisive factor in the first mota as Karl Hering and Ranel Cox gated well, but finished 2-3 behind Miller. In the second mota, Cox worked his way 10 the front of the pacle by out-braking everyone excep t He ring. Miller d idn' t fare too well; he was d isp laced back to third and would finis h there. At about the halfway point, Cox was able to slip his KX by Hering 10 move i nto the lead and stay the re. With Mill er and Cox trading malo wins, Cox took the overall. The 80cc Trop hyless Rider class was dominated by Northwes t Cycle's Jere my Ca mpell. Kenton Durkee took second , and thi rd wen t to Josh Whitford. Results so NOV; 1. SeanStwhon (y.mTo);2.
