"The four-stroke has a good motor and it runs good for me, but the su spension is stock and that was a mistake. It beat me silly ." "It went good bu t it sure got hot out there. The last 30 miles, I just wanted it to end ," sa id Dice . "It was so slick, it was like riding on ice but it was fu n, and hopefully today bumped me into the (Over-30 Clas s) series lead . I was in second plac e coming in today." "This was my first yea r for the Hare & Hound Championsh ip Series and it's been a lot of fun ," sa id KTM-b acked Zitte rkopf. "Meeting all the d ifferent people has been rea lly exciting and the way d iffe rent clubs mark the courses has been kin d o f a challenge fo r me because I d on't ha ve the desert expe rience. It's been gr ea t." Capt described his journey to victory in the 125cc d ivision as pretty uneventful. "It was really slip pery out there - I was slid in g all o ve r the place and I . didn't kn ow whethe r I had the right tires, but I just took it easy and rod e to finish, " sa id Capt. " I g ot a good s tart but once I got passed I ate a lot of dust. I just could n't ge t out of it, sa id Maxim. "The course was pretty beat up; the same old course we see every year.
