Near the half way point in the 10-lap event,
a five rider figh t developed for fourth. Donnie
G reene soon emerged in fou rth.
AI rhe same rime. Mi ch ael Graves began
to clos e the gap on Mil ler for second. In (Urn
four o n the seven th lap, Gr aves moved inside
Mill er to take over second. Miller throttled past
G ra ves o n the back stra igh t. While th ese two
d iced for seco nd, a hard-charging Gre en e was
clos ing th e ga p and ,soo n a three-eider di ce
was un derway fo r second pl ace. Although
Mill er was still in second as th e riders started
the whi te flag lap, Gr een ma na ged to slip pa st
h im in th e turn four ar ea.
Co mi ng down to the chec kered flag , Mill er
was siui ng in fourth ju st behind Michael
.G ra ves. However , with a burst of speed on
the front stra ig ht, Mill er pass ed and took thi rd
beh ind a victo rio us Chuck Gr aves with the
win a nd G reene in seco nd.

K&N Racin g's Sam McDonald stormed off
the third ro w to lead th e SI bi ke field in to
tum one, followed by Double D Express'
Danny Dom inques, T eam Du ct Tape's Lo ren
Swor, Team Su perb ikes' Mart y Coy ne and
T eam Racers Edge's new rider, Mark Suggs.
By lap five, K& N Racing had a big ad vantage
over th e battle taki ng pl ace behind th em .
Double D Ex press held on to second, with
Yamah a o f Oklahoma 's R ob ert Blevins
m o ving in LO third. Things remained the same
until lap 10 when K&N Ra cing pulled off the
track in turn six, handin g th e lead to Yam aha
of Oklah oma with Double D Express close
beh ind. Racers Edg e, T eam Superbikes and
T eam Duct Tape ro unded o ut the top five.
K&N Ra cing got th e bike restarted and
returned to th e ra ce in sevent h place and about
40 seconds behind th e leaders. The da y cam e
to an abru p t end for T eam Superbikes as
Marty Coyne took a na sty tumble in turn II.
Lap 15 sa w Yamaha of Oklahoma still
ope ni ng up th eir lead over Double D Express,
with K&N Racing working i ts way back
thro ug h th e field. Racers Edge's Mark Su ggs
crashed in turn five.
At the SO-mi n ute mar k, Yam aha of Okl ahoma held a l 6-second lead over K&N Racin g,
who had just passed Double D Express for
seco nd. GT Racin g was runn ing fo un h ,
followed by T eam Duct T ape , Team Gleam 's
Frank j aworski, and Team Smoke 's Luther

By the halfway poi nt , KScN Racin g had
reta ken th e lead, followed by Yamaha of
O kla ho ma , Double D Express, GT Racin g an d
Team Duct Tape. K&N Racin g pitted on lap

turn pitted o n lap 45 an d put K&N Racing back
at the po int. By the one-ho ur SO-min ute mark,
K&N Racing held a one lap advantage over
Yama ha of Oklahoma an d Double D Express.
At the "two- hour mar k, th e checkered flag
flew for K&N Racin g's Phil McDo na ld with
a two-lap advantage over Yamaha of Ok la ho ma's j amie Nett, followed by Do uble D
