F A c ,o R y H s u t Eligibility Requirements Cash Contingency/Points Programs 1. Onlyriders competing on 1991 and 1992 model lIusqvamas are eligible for . IITAC contingencies andpoints in the IITA C events listed. All riders.eligible forcash are eligibleforpoints inany IITAC event. 2. Rider must compete andsubmit a 1992 HTA CChampionship Formforeach event you win, along with officialresults. 3. Minimum offive riders to make a class, inany event. 4. All cash contingencyforms must be submitted no later than 40 days after the ev ent. 5. Contingency winners will receive a check from Gagiva N orthAmerica, Inc., upon confinnation from promoter that ridercompeted on a properlyqualified motorcycle. 6. lIusqvama Points Program winners will receive a lIusky Certificate redeemable at lIusky dealers towards thepurchase of parts, accessories, or a lIusqvama motorcy cle. Certificates will be mailed after November 30, 1992. 7. Contingencies and points will be paid onlyonceforevents, regardless if they are dual-sanctioned. 8. Contingency and points will be paid only to theoriginal owner ofmotorcycle, determined by warranty registration submitted to CNA by dealer. 9. Riders winning $600 or more will receive IRS 1099 form, and are responsible foralltaxes. Riders 'must submit an IRS W-9 form with theirfirst IITAC Championship form. 10. HTAC Points are paidto A, B, andC enduro riders, and Expert, Amateur, and Novice harescrambles anddesert riders. 11. First through fifth place HTAC Dollars will be awarded to the highest points holders in each division; i.e, Novice, Amateur or Expert, or A, B, andC, within thecategories Desert, lIareScrambles,andEnduro. 12. Points will beawarded based on the rider's standings both in his class and against allotherlIusky riders as follows: IITAC Points against other Husqvarna riders in class: 1st 40 IITAC Points 2nd 30 IITAC Points 3rd 20 HTAC Points 4th 10HTAC Points 5ththru 20th 5 HTAC Points And you can win these points too: lIT1ft: Points against everyone competing: 1st 30 HTAC Points 2nd 20 IITAC Points 3rd 15HTAC Points 4t1i 10HTAC Points 5th 5 HTAC Points • Each HTAC Point is worth one dollar. 13. The first place winner in each HTAC cIass will receive a lIusqvama TransAmerican Championship trophy at theend oftheseason (after November 30,1992). 14.
