ROESELER GOES BALLISTIC AT NEVADA TESTING GROUNDS. Larry Roeseler ended the year with a bang by clinching his firstever AMA c ha mpionship title on October 5 in Minden, Nevada. Roeseler was crowned champ of the ISDE National Reliability Enduro 5eries-a grueling series of races over various types of terrain that push both bike and rider to their limits. In this, the last race of the season, Roeseler and his KX250" attacked a punishing 110 miles of mixed, winding trail in high desert country. And while he didn't wi n the battle, Roeseler, as he's done all season, left behind scores of casualties. And thereby won the war. It all seems to point to one thing. For Larry Roeseler, a great career continues to skyrocket. Ka\Yasaki Let the good times roll. ~ .e Cll99l Kawasaki M-. Corp.. Us.A.
