Du tchman now rules th e GTO class , with a decisive 17-point lead over Mad Dog (107-90). Gold Hill Ra cing ha s now surpassed the Human Race T eam for th ird overall (83-73), and draws dangerously close to Mad Dog. TeamToomer clinched the GT U title, totaling 112 points. The closest competitor is Orion Ra cing, led by everyone's favor ite dentist, Dr. Bob Meister, at 64 points ma the matically eli m i n a te d wi th just two ro u n ds remaining in the series. Orion flou ndered all day at Topeka , the ir bike suc king wa ter down the intake trac t, and finished 15th in GTU.
