The injuries sustained include d a [ractured uertebra, a crushed vertebra and a broken wrist. H~ has lost all [eeling and movement below his waist and has limited mobility in his arms. Ty Davis did not beat Goat Breker in the rr on a "specially built ATK 560cc bike." The ATK Ty Davis won on had a 500cc Rotax motor. The Goat Breker Suzuki wasn't 35Occ. it was in excess of 44Occ. Davis and Erik Kehoe rode the ATK 500s on Sunday and they came in first and second in both motos. After Sunday's race, Chris Haines complained about ATK 's performance and insisted that both bikes be torn down.
