The Washougal III front tire uses Kenda's Advanced Apex technology for
increased lateral response and optimal carcass stiffness. The all-new
tread design is designed for faster forward roll, increased side bite and
controlled flex without washing out, while orientation of the sipes and
grooves are engineered for linear cornering and braking control. It has a
larger footprint for better grip and the tire is DOT compliant.
