1991 Yamahas
~
(Left) The biggest change to
Yamaha's FZRIOOO comes to the
fork - it's inverted for 1991. In
addition, the FIRIOOOgets a
restyled, more aerodynamic

seat , side covers and tail section.
Although the dimensions of the
Deltabox frame remain
unchanged, there are some
changes wh ere the seat support
rails join the backbone of the
frame as larger plates have been
used for improved fit and
aerodynamics. In addition, the
largest of th e FIRs feature
redesigned swi tches for improved
operation of lights, tum signals
and horn; the dual headlights
have also been replaced by a
single unit.
