Su zuki N ational Cup Seri es Final at Road Atlanta .
Khadafi's daffy. Noriega's in jail. But there are still
dozens of power-mongers in the world, mad with desire.
They're battling each other in the 1990 Suzuki
National Cup Series.
These are the most fearsome grassroots riders in the
country. And they're all mobilizing technologically superior
forces: the legendary G SX-R750 and GSX-R 11 00.
So far, the combatants have seized over $145,000
of the contingency war chest posted by Suzuki and the
associate sponsors you see below.
In late fall, the five riders with the most points in each
region w ill advance to greater glory at the fifth annual
Nationa l Cup Final at Rood Atlanta. That's in conjunction
with the WERA Grand National Finals October 31st
through November 4th.
When the dust clears, these upstarts will have split
the Final pot of more than $50,000. And the top-placin g
Finishers, their careers set, will march on to further conquests.
