It looked slow. bu t the front three were giving no quarter as Vieira di scovered on la p 1·1.. Enteri ng the sweepi ng left after the Bosch Kurve, he lost the front end and went down. escaping with a damaged finger. Later. he claimed Mertens had forced h im o ff the eme rg ing dry lin e while tryi ng to pass. but Merten s den ied it. . " I was very surprised he said th at.
