Hall wasn't 35 fortunate i n the second rnoto,
as Han got a jump on th e field and held u nder
pressure to tak e the moto win. Things were
heated for the number two spotas Berry, wh o
made th e trek up from southern Oregon, and
Hall bauled for the number two spot, Berry
finished second followed by Olsen and Dail y.
Han cam e back several motos later to sweep
the Up The Hill class. He lapped the entire
field m each outing. H art, riding a 125cc
Kawasaki, went uncontested to beat Yamaha
rider Byron Lynn, who was second overall via
3·2 performances, and third place finisher
j ohn Woodley (2· 3).
An over-now of 125cc Beginners were on
hand, forcing qualifiers 10 trim the field to
two divisions , in which 10 riders wou ld make
the final field in each.
In division on e. it was a Yamaha sweep.
as Chris Peterson a nd Bill Swi nt led the pack
to the finish in the mai n event, followed by
Chris Houdek, Ben Longley and Cagiva rider
Deanna Holbrook, on e o f the state's top
Women's cla ss riders.
The final in division two had Brya n Fisher,
ridi ng a Yamaha, ou tri de Kawa saki jock ey
Rick Fast to th e fini sh to net th e win. Steve
Polanski, Tony H aa s and Robert Manuel
rou nded o ut th e top five.
