the thi n ice they had," he sa id.

American Ice Sp eedw ay Ch ampionship on th e line, all six riders looked
pensive as they lined up to push -start
the ir machines. Cu rry occupied th e
po le for th e main by virt ue o f h is
pe rfect score for th e nigh t a nd as the
gate drop ped he sped into the lead .
However Lin crashed hard , brin ging
o u t the red flag and a restart.

a gr eat duel between Bor gman a nd

air, he th en acknowledged the cro wd
. with a victo ry lap a nd a h uge victory

and Ven ables fift h.
