Roeseler p iloted his KX500 to fifth overa ll a nd took second in th e overa ll National standings and second in the National Ope n class . Sweetla nd wrapped up a su ccessful seaso n in sixth overa ll to tak e third in th e Open class National sta nd ings , Chris Cranda ll battled a front flat to take seventh , a nd T om Willis came home in eig hth. Nin th overall went to Krause, who described h is rid e as "prett y boring." Sixbery charged home a t the head of the Vet class a nd Ro n Bragdon sho t past Mik e McDonald to grab second Over 30 just a few ya rds from the finish line. Parry came home a t the head of the National Vet co ntenders, and Fowl er finished close behind a nd racked up enough points to ta ke the Vet class Na tional honors. J im my Lewi s continued his dom ination of the 125s and took hi s fourt h class win of the series. " It feels good to wi n th e series a nd it was ha rd work ," said Lewis.
