Go rdon Caudill, 49, WERA 's Southeast Region starter, died on Monday, October 16, from complications of a heart attack suffered on October 3 . Caudill was a sho rt track racer for 15 years and road raced for 10 years before m aking the transition to officiatin g racing events.
