Creed wins at Montrose MX By Hurley & Dot Short RAEFOR D, NC , SEPT. 10 The second ra ce of the Fa ll N.A.M.E. Ser ies was held at Montrose MX Park wit h over 200 riders sig ned up to co mpe te. Among the riders was a ma teur winner Sy Creed . In th e first runni ng of th e 250cc Novice cia ss, th e holesho t wen t 10 Creed , followed . by Richard Buckton, Rick Milk s a nd Lee Martin . They held thei r po sitions for th e firsl lap , th en Milk s too k o ver. How ever, co me finish time, it was Creed, Milks, Martin and Anthony Dyson and Buckton. Creed shot o ut front again in th e second mo to. He held on for th e finis h fo llowed by Martin , Dyson , R icky La nkton a nd Ni ck Allen .
