WARD FINISHES OKLAHOMA SUPERCROSS AHEAD OF MACHINE.
Twenty-one riders lined up to start the AMA Oklahoma Supercross 250 Main.
After the gate dropped though, it became a contest between Man and Machine: Team
Kawasaki greats JeffWard and Ron "The Machine" Lechien.
In a classic duel, Lechien took the holeshot and led for 18 laps. But Wardy passed
"The Machine" near the end for a 1-2 Kawasaki finish, and his fourth series win. And further proofthat
thefastest way to get ahead in motocross is on a KX.
