Telford held th e lead for five laps but Barbacovi went down hard trying to rega in seco nd and dropped more than o ne minute behind J o h nso n , who had just passed T elford. Telford was obviously tiring and favoring h is injured arm . H e held onto fin ish third o vera ll Pro . With j ohnson in a com fo rt a b le lead, Barbacovi ca me back o n th e track a nd o n th e ga s, Rid in g at a fur ious pace, he was mak in g up five seco nds per lap but th ere were not en ou gh laps left to recover a ll th e time he had 100t.
