When the gate fell for moto two, Walston turned the wick up .and pulled a beautiful holeshot ahead of Bradshaw, Mor ee, Co leman and Andrews. Bradshaw wasted little time taking the lead slot a nd never looked back as Moree did th e sam e ahead of th e Am at eur cla ss. With th e Amat eu r s di cing it o u t with the Pr os the racing was ti gh t. and Mor ee, Wal ston and Colem an made th eir pr esen ce known to th e crop of Pr o rid ers. At th e checkered flag Bradshaw and Moree cruised in double mote victors o r th eir respected classes with Chester and Neese ta king th e two ru nner-up spots in the Pros, and Walston a nd Lugh co mi ng home seco nd a nd th ird in th e Am at eurs. The 125cc C d ivision was split into two d ivi sions and i t was Gr eg Melka gett ing the nod in th e first div ision with 11 1-3 da y, in front of Andy Hendrickson. Hendrickson fell in th e first mot o and worked hi s way back u p to fourth. and then wo n h is second moto to move in to th e seco nd spot.
