Danforth 's bill could hav banned the sale of Japanese made superbikes in the Unite States. Motorcycle safety pro grams were the only new are added to the six existing nationa priority program areas establishe in 1982. Those areas include occupant protection. alcoho countermeasures, police traffi services. emergency medical ser vices, traffic records. safety con struction and operationa improvements.
