The June 18 Coors Super Crown of Stadium Motocross in Los Angeles (California) Memorial Coliseum will be AMA-sanetioned and will conclude the AMA 's 1988 250cc Supercross Series, AMA officials said April 4. The L.A. Coliseum race, w hich will be the 10th and final event in the 1988 Supercross Series, will be promoted by M ickey Thompson Entertainment Group . As in previous MTEG Coors Super Crown races, the 250cc class in Los Angeles will feature AMA's traditional supercross format, while the 125cc division will use MTEG's Ultracrossformatwith an inv erted start. The 125cc race will not pay points toward the AMA's 125cc Western Regional Supercross - Championship, but the AMA will officiate the race and riders must have an AMA professionallicense to compete.
