The first wave of riders head off into the Nevada desert for the start of the 104-mile Groundshakers M.C. - promoted race. Dan Ashcraft (third
bike from left) was the overall winner, despite a 20th place start.
Ashcraft has a comfortable lead in the National Championship Hare &
Hound point standings with two wins and one second place finish.
Defending Nat'l champ Dan Smith finished 15 seconds behind Ashcraft.
