During the third la p, Bro ok s took th e lead a nd Winn broke away from the train to start moving in on R yan. Kied ro wski moved up to fifth , an d at mid-rnoto passed Matiasevich for fourth . R ya n charged back into first on the fifth la p. Bro oks stayed with h im as the two battled side-by-side until Broo ks started dropping back.
