Accord ing to a recent news report. more and more American children are be ing injured and killed in bunk bed -related accidents. According to the Consu mer Product Safety Commission. at least 23 deaths due to bunk beds occurred in 1985 and emegency room treatment of bunk bed-related injuries rose 75 per-cent to 31 .727 in the same year.
