In the first moto Boncyk started th e moto fro m the far o utside and by th e first co rner he was already in 'co m ma nd and set abou t getting a good margin over second p lace as the moto wore on. Boncyk made n o mista kes and rode smooth ly a ll the way, keeping h is concentration a nd perform ing no h eroic ac.ts or styl!sh d rives o ff the severe Jum p s a n d tab letops that com p rise Baylands' co urse. R u nn ing seco n d to Boncyk was Du ane Anderson . .but he co u ld m ak e n o h ea dw a y in catch i ng Boncyk. The second moto was nearly a carbo n co py of the first wi th Boncyk grabbing the lead from the start.
