Dear American Express
Please remove my name from yOUT
list. Though I have always
conSidered oblaining an American
Express card, it will no longer be in
contention for my charge dollars
because of the recent commercial
depicting motorcyclists as criminals.
Mo~orcycling has had enough
nega':tv~ (and usually misleading)
p':!bhcIty over the last 30 years
WlthO.ut a respected corporation like
Amencan Express contributing its
bit. You must have forgotten that
th~ are millions of motorcyclists in
thiS country who control billions of
dollars in disposable income, and
that the vast majority of those peop'le
are decent, law abiding citizens like
myself.
Again, I am sorry to see American
Express behind such negative publicty. Please do not ask for my
support when yOUT company lends
~e worst kind of support to my
mterests.
