Jonny Anderson finished third on Saturday and fourth on Sunday. "Both wins were super tough,". Young said of his two National wins to date. "Scott (Head) was really peaked out- when I beat him and ~e's number eight in the world. I had to stop him sooner or later. I wanted it to happe~ today. I just wanted to beat him at least once out here so he wouldn't have a tremend'ous advantage over me. Now it's three wins to one win. He still needs two more wins to wrap it up. I'm 'real happy. Now I'm going to win all of them on the East Coast. Today showed me that I can beat him and I'm going to go for the championship, no doubt about it." . Manniko finished third with a 2.2 .Jllargin of victory over Andersson. Webb finished fifth with a 59, 18 beller than Ron Commo. Pyle edged :F.racy by two, 82-84, while Steve ~Clark's 95 netted him ninth. Only two riders managed to sweep he weekend.
