Committee sends helmet bill to California Assembly floor High Sierra Sports Inc. The co m m ittee vot ed 12-9 to send th e bill to th e fu ll asse m bly, wh ere it co u ld be heard as ea rly as sometime this wee k, accordi ng to a spo kesma n for Floyd 's o ffice. As Cycle News went to press, however , no date for th e floor V had been set. Opponents, who h ave sent 10,000 lett ers of protest to th e sta te legi slature, say AB36 is a n . infringment o n th eir cons titu tional rights.
